UPDATE: 3rd January. See video above. An open letter to Somerset County Council, the Orchard Grove developers and Avon and Somerset Police. Good evening, Could I please ask someone/anyone to take responsibility for the pothole on the A38 (eastbound) at the new roundabout under construction, to serve the Orchard Grove development. It needs signs warning…
