SHUTEWATER HILL, UPCOTT ROAD
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along:
Shutewater Hill – from the junction with Shutewater Close to the junction with Bishops Hull Road; and Upcott Road – from the junction with Farrant Close to the junction with Shutewater Close. A total distance of 219 metres.
This Order will enable National Grid to carry out pole replacement and
reconductoring works.
The works are expected to commence on 5th October 2026 and last until 7th October 2026 between the hours of 09:30 – 15:30 for a total of 3 days.
