Dear Business Owner / Resident,
Extensive traffic signal replacement works have already been undertaken along Wellington Road and are progressing on schedule having recently completed the Taunton College junction. We have now moved to the Musgrove Park junction.
This next phase of works is expected to be completed by the end of October. As with the previous junctions we will only have traffic management at one site at a time to limit congestion on this key route, and the advanced traffic management system ‘Urban64’ will be used at each junction whilst the permanent signals are being replaced.
The next and final phase for this junction includes the final resurfacing, and completing the new traffic signals including their commissioning and other associated works.
All closures/traffic management is subject to change, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
