Somerset Armed Forces Day is about to start here in Vivary Park, I’m told it finishes at 6pm and is FREE to attend.
A little about the show:
Somerset Armed Forces Day is a free community event bringing together serving personnel, veterans, reservists, cadets, Armed Forces families, emergency services, charities, schools, local organisations and the wider Somerset community.
We are fundraising to help deliver Somerset Armed Forces Day and keep the event free and accessible for everyone. The day is about saying thank you, celebrating service, raising awareness of Armed Forces life, supporting veterans and military families, and strengthening the links between the Armed Forces community and people across Somerset.
Every contribution, large or small, helps us bring the community together and show support for Somerset’s Armed Forces community.
